Joe started the business in 1995, working out of his garage, selling one car at a time. It was his goal to sell a good economy car, one that represented affordable quality. By 1998, he was outgrowing his location in Parchment and in 1999 moved to this location at 3427 Miller Road in order to continue expanding, doing what he loves. I joined him in 2004 and took over the clerical and marketing responsibilities of the business. As a team we have worked together to find quality vehicles, insure their dependability and safety by setting quality standards and inspecting every car prior to being sold. The purchase of Harmens' Friendly Service has allowed us to expand in the area of customer service. We try to make the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. No pressure, we just try to satisfy the needs of our customers at the price they can afford. Our salesperson, Mark, has a great reputation for that. Being family owned, Joe and I are "hands on", he can be contacted at Harmens' at 342-1890 and I'm usually at the car lot, 345-7032.
